Roses, Butterflys and Cats

Ok I thought I would share this picture with you for all those cat lovers out there, earlier this week there was a lady on our local news with her cat whom she was hoping was the oldest cat alive at the ripe age of 23 im not sure if she is the oldest cat but I do know that I have one who is only 12 months behind. So here we have my cat Misty at the age of 22 years. Well I know what you are thinking NO WAY as she doesnt look any where near her age but believe me she is definately 22 years old and still going strong, a bit senile but still very healthy, I think I spend most of the day letting her out one door only to have to let her in another 2 minutes later and im sure she forgets that I have just fed her she is also very deaf but im sure will be here for a while yet.

Now on to the crafty side of things, have two cards here fboth done with K & Co Papers and embelished with some Daisy gems, Butterflys and Roses. These will be very likely the last I post for a few days as im off to Weston Super Mare for the weekend to my Brother in Laws birthday so heres hoping for some warm weather, oh yes and if anyone knows of some craft shops in the area please let me know.

Morning Everyone, well i still have not had time to take some photos of my cards and upload them, this being due to the good weather and so making good use to do some much needed gardeningwhile I can. Just Puppies

Please note that I cannot take the credit for the design of this card as a friend Paul from Cuddly Buddly forum designed this card who very kindly gave me permission to recreate and publish a photo on my blog. When i first saw this card that Paul had made I immediately fell in love with it and decided to ask Paul if he minded that I made one for my grandaughters Birthday Megan who is 6 tomorrow and as she has just recently had a 8 week old Miniature Dachshound Puppy this card was just perfect and I am sure she will be absolutely delighted to open this tomorrow morning, so a very big thank you from me to Paul.

Glitter and Gems

I have to say I am really tired today thats because our house seems to be like New Street station most of the time, there is always someone coming or going I think that maybe the results of having three grown children two with girlfriends and one married daughter with two small children. Now its great to have them all here but boy it certainly makes you feel your age and on that note before giving my age away i will quickly move on. Just found myself a few minutes peace to post this card which is the first card I have done for a few days now, had a little bit of spend today on Pink Petticoat and have to say I love theses images so will probabaly be making loads over the next few days, so dont be surprised when i start posting loads of chicks.

Flowers & Butterflys

Well i finally managed to find some time to get a card finished, where do all the hours in the day go to!. Its kind of strange how the hours just fly by when you are doing things that you enjoy but at work they just drag on and you end up clock watching, I would love to find a remedy to reverse this. This is one which I put together quite quickly with some Chris Warner papers and topped with a Shabby Princess topper, a bit of satin ribbon and finished off with a few gems/Prima flowers.
