1000 Visitors

I am getting very close now to a 1000 visitors so I will be putting together over the next week a collection of goodies to offer as some blog candy to celebrate. So come on ladies keep on visiting me to get the opportunity to eneter for some blog candy.

80th Birthday Bookatrix

I love doing these bookatrix cards for special occasions, this one is for one of my customers, I think the flower arrangments on these just make them look so special and the pull bow ribbons just finish them off perfectly they are great for weddings and anniversaries. The paper tea roses and pull bow ribbons are available from my website Princess Favours The borders were created using the Laura Ashley Stamps.

I have been so busy again with cards and cakes and favours i almost forgot i had this blog to update. Just a couple of cards using the Sarah Kay stamped image which have been watercoloured and touched up with Stardust Pens.

Simple Daisies

Made this one for a customer who always has pink or lilacs so just a simple card today, had loads of fun with the acrylics paints in the background and by the time I had finished messing about with the paints decided to do something real simple and easy.

Preview of new stock

A sneak preview of new stock arriving at Princess Favours, there are some lovely new colours and designs coming in and we are quite exciting about a new range of beads. I have posted just a few pictures here and will be announcing when they will be available in store here.

Breast Cancer Fund Raising

I have recently been asked to provide 100 favours for a breast cancer ball being held at a local hotel ( Ramada Jarvis Solihull). The lady who is organising this has recently finised her course of treatment for breast cancer and I have decided that I would like to donate all the favours to this worthy cause. So following on from there I will also be organising a raffle to raise extra funds, we have a few donations to add to our raffle but are actively seeking more goodies to add to the list. If you feel you would like to contribute anything please leave me a comment with contact details.

What a busy week

Morning to you all, well I havent been able to post this week as I was away last weekend for my Brother in Laws birthday at Weston Super Mare and no I had nothing to do with the tragic events of the pier, really cant believe its gone as just on Sunday morning we had a lovely walk along the front right past the pier and when I got up on Monday morning it had all gone just unbelievable.

Anyway on my return I then received a call from a gentleman who was looking for a birthday cake for his Mothers 80th birthday for this Saturday there really is nothing like having some notice, oh well all hands to the deck I have spent all of this week making a very special birthday cake. The Roses were made with Flower Paste and I added a few jewels for quickness due the the short period of time available to me.

I now have loads to catch up on a couple of awards that i have received but had no time to add to my blog so thats next on the list, I hope you all have a good weekend.
